Case Studies: How We Diagnose, Decide, and Ship Search Work
This URL is evidence of how SEOConsultants.ai works: the situation, the constraint, the first inspection, the order of tickets, and what we can honestly show afterward. Named metrics wait for verification and permission. Until then these are patterns, not trophies.
Case studies here mean engagement patterns: how we diagnose a search problem, decide what ships, implement with a team, and record process evidence. They are not a second SEO services hub, not a “why choose us” page, and not a results gallery.
Scope in: four program shapes on a seven-beat spine, filters, and a publishing rule so humans and models are not fed invented percentages.
Scope out: the SEO ecosystem, model-answer visibility, the AI-search program, industry playbooks, and any unverified traffic, ranking, lead, or revenue claim.
For the consulting ecosystem, use SEO services.
For model-generated answers, use LLM SEO.
For one program across search and AI search UIs, use AI SEO consulting.
For who we are, use how we work.
How to read
How to read a pattern
Read for decisions, not for a scoreboard. Each pattern uses the same order so you can compare how we think, not how loudly we sell.
Context is the situation. Problem is the constraint. Diagnosis is the first inspection. Strategy is the sequence. Execution is who ships. Evidence is what changed—not a fabricated KPI. Lessons are what we refuse to repeat. Filters do not imply a /geo/ path.
Same spine on every pattern. Evidence means process, not a fabricated KPI.
SaaS organic and AI-search program
SEOAI SearchSaaSSaaS
Context
A product site that must win category and comparison queries on a results list, and sometimes sit beside an AI module inside search.
Problem
Feature pages that never state the job; two names for one product; SEO and “do AI” tickets that contradict each other.
Diagnosis
We check whether templates print a usable sentence, whether the entity is stable, and whether an AI search UI even appears. We do not start with an assistant mention.
Strategy
One backlog. Access first. Sequence search work with AI search UIs as a program. Assistant representation leaves this pattern.
A verified study needs permission, a time box, and numbers we will still defend a year later. Until then we will not invent a client, a logo, or a percentage.
When those conditions are met, the study gets its own URL. This hub stays the map. We will not pad this page to look like a service hub.
SEOConsultants.ai publishes engagement patterns on this URL: how we diagnose, decide, and implement search work. We do not publish traffic, ranking, lead, or revenue figures unless a result is verified and we have permission.
Generative engine optimization is a child of LLM SEO, not a case-study type and not a /geo/ path.
Why don’t these case studies show traffic or revenue percentages?
We do not have permissioned, verified metrics to publish. Inventing traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue would train buyers and models on fiction. Numbers wait until a result is verified and we can name the terms.
What is the difference between a program pattern and a verified client study?
A pattern is a recurring shape of work. A verified study is a named engagement with permission and evidence we will stand behind. Verified studies will get their own URLs. We will not dress a pattern up as a trophy.
Are these anonymized real clients or hypothetical examples?
They are representative program shapes—not anonymized scoreboards and not composite “Client A” stories with fake KPIs. If a detail is not permissioned, it stays a type of problem.
Can we discuss a similar program on a call without a public logo?
Yes. We can walk a situation that looks like yours without a public logo. We will not invent a dashboard. If a comparable verified study exists and we may share it privately, we say so.
Do you work the same way in every industry?
The spine is the same: context, problem, diagnosis, strategy, execution, what we can show, lessons. The queries, templates, and risk change. A SaaS comparison set is not a clinic network. We do not paste one industry playbook onto another, and this page is not a substitute for those playbooks.
How do I request a study relevant to my market?
Use the filters to see whether a pattern matches the surface and situation. Then talk with a consultant or request a SEO + AI visibility audit. Ask for the nearest pattern, not for a percentage we have not published.
Case studies
See a pattern that looks like yours?
Tell us which case is closest. We will say whether that work still exists as a live service URL. Cases are not a ranking promise for your site.
