The spreadsheet has emails and no people
Rows are addresses. There is no site, no beat, no last contact. That is a dump. We rebuild from publishers who actually write, or we stop mailing.
Blogger Outreach
Outreach is a series of named people, named sends, and named replies. It is not a spreadsheet of emails you never checked. We build or clean the list. We write pitches that match why that person might care. We log what came back. We do not buy a dump and call it research. We do not pretend a send is a link.
Position
A purchased file can look large and still contain no one who writes about your topic this year. Search intent has to show in the live document you are pitching, because that is what the prospect will open. If the pitch describes a page that does not exist, the send is fiction. This page starts with people, not with a link count.
Link building judges whether an editorial link is real and whether it should exist. Stay here for prospect operations. Stay there when the unknown is the link, not the send.
Open link buildingDigital PR owns assets and coverage. A pitch to a writer who already covers the beat can use an asset. Running the newsroom is that page, not this CRM.
Open digital PRGuest post services draft under another editor's rules. Outreach can ask if a contribution is welcome. The draft is a different ticket.
Open guest post servicesContent SEO decides which of your URLs should exist. Pitching a twin that should have been merged is a bad send. Fix the set first if the URL is the problem.
Open content SEOLink building owns the editorial hyperlink as the object. Digital PR owns the newsroom and the story. Guest post services own the contributed draft. Content SEO owns whether your own URL should exist. Off-page SEO owns the wider earned program. None of those jobs keep the pitch CRM. This one does.
We will not mail a dump because the cell count is high. We will not rewrite a pitch into a guest article on this ticket. We will not log a send as a placement. If the real question is whether the link is real, open link building. If the real question is a story, open digital PR. Stay here for who, when, and what was sent.
When this fits
This page fits when sends happened and the record is missing, or when the file is a dump with no replies. If you needed a link audit, a newsroom, a guest draft, or a cluster map, start there instead.
Rows are addresses. There is no site, no beat, no last contact. That is a dump. We rebuild from publishers who actually write, or we stop mailing.
Prospects saw two stories. Replies died. We collate the record, mark collisions, and name who may send next. Volume is not a virtue here.
A no is still a record. A maybe is still a record. Without the log, the next intern mails the same person. We make the log the product.
The prospect would open a blank. We send the file back until the live document exists. Outreach does not invent the page.
Process
Four operations jobs in order. Each one ends with a field the next person can trust. We do not buy a new dump in the last step. The point is a pitch history you can show, not a larger address book.
We name publishers and people, not rented rows. Keyword targeting is one job: the live URL you will actually point at. A beat mismatch is a cut. A site that does not publish is a cut. Purchased dumps are named and retired unless a row can be verified as a real writer.
Outcome A prospect list with site, person, beat, and why they might care.
We write a send that matches that beat and the live URL. Topical relevance is whether this person still covers that subject. Keyword density is not a metric we score in the email. The pitch does not invent a study you did not run. It does not attach a guest draft unless guest posts owns that file.
Outcome A pitch template per segment, plus the URL being offered.
We log yes, no, later, and silence with a date. Silence is a status. It is not permission to mail daily. A yes that asks for a guest draft hands to guest post services. A yes that is about a story hands to digital PR. A yes that is about a link object hands to link building.
Outcome Reply statuses on the same rows as the list.
We freeze the month: who was contacted, what was sent, what came back, collisions with other vendors. The record is the CRM. A screenshot of an inbox is not the CRM. Next month starts from this file, not from a fresh dump.
Outcome A dated outreach record leadership can audit.
Deliverables
You leave with a verified list, pitch copy, reply statuses, and a monthly record. You do not leave with a bought dump, a newsroom calendar, or a ranking date.
People and sites you can defend. Dead rows marked. Purchased leftovers named as retired.
What was sent, to which segment, with which live URL. A generic template with no URL is not a pack.
Yes, no, later, silence, and dates. Inbox folklore is not a log.
Names two vendors already mailed. Who may send next. This is how trust returns.
Replies that belong in link building, digital PR, or guest drafts, already split. Outreach does not keep those jobs inside the CRM forever.
Benefits
The file is smaller and true. Replies can exist.
Prospects do not open a stub. Your own inventory stays honest.
The next intern does not repeat the insult. The record holds.
A link, a story, or a guest draft leaves this CRM on purpose.
Methodology
This works when one person owns the file, and one person may mail. If both are missing, we are collecting addresses. We are not running outreach.
We start with the current file, the mailbox, and the live URL. If any of those is missing, we name it first.
We verify a sample of rows as real publishers. We do not trust a vendor count. Does this person still write? Did we already mail them?
You may rename the roles below. You may not leave the sender implied. An implied sender is how two pitches land in one week.
First working session
The first hour is the file you already have and whether anyone replied. It is not a tour of scraping tools.
We open the prospect file. We open the mailbox export. If rows cannot be matched to sends, the CRM is fiction. If the real question is the link object, that is link building. If the real question is a story, that is digital PR. If the real question is the guest article, that is guest posts.
Then we sample ten names. Are they still publishing? Did two vendors already write? Is the pitched URL live? A bounce-heavy dump is usually the job.
We leave with a first record or a stop. A record names who may send and which rows retire. A stop names what is missing: mailbox, live URL, or a program that is actually a newsroom. Both are outcomes. A bigger export is not.
AI search
Honest mentions can help later extraction. This page cannot sell AI Overviews, a chat mention, or LLM visibility as a score.
People ask whether more outreach will land the brand in Google AI Overviews (AIO). If pitches invent studies, generative search has fiction to lift from inboxes and from thin posts. That is ours to stop as operations. If live pages already tell the truth and models still invent coverage, that is an AI search audit. A program across search UIs is AI SEO.
AI search needs a page it can fetch. A pitch without a URL does not help. We do not sell Overview presence.
We check brand and product names in the send. That is entity optimization as an outreach input. It is not a Knowledge Graph project from this page.
LLM visibility needs a sentence a model can quote, then measurement on LLM SEO. A reply log can show a mention. It does not sample answers. Semantic keywords belong in the pitch only when they still name the same live page.
Schema
JSON-LD on your own URL can help a prospect's reader later. This work does not add schema to other people's blogs. It is not a schema campaign as the whole job.
If the email promised a study and the HTML has none, the send was false. We name that before the next batch.
Prospect URLs do not belong in your Organization graph as proof. The record stays in the CRM.
Markup will not force generative search to cite a blogger's post. Eligibility is not a purchased mention.
Who we work with
Someone has to own the inbox. We work with that person. We do not replace them with a second blasting retainer.
Mails from the agreed inbox. Logs replies the same day.
Keeps the pitched document live and honest.
Can keep going once handoffs are split. If they try to run this as a newsroom, two jobs collide. Coverage stays on digital PR.
Questions
Link building owns the hyperlink as the object: which URL should earn an editorial link, and whether that link is real. This page owns the prospect work: who was listed, what was sent, what came back, and what was logged. A CRM of pitches is not a link report. A link report is not a pitch log.
Digital PR owns the newsroom: the story, the asset, and coverage as a program. This page owns prospect pitches to people who already write, not a news desk you are trying to become. A newsworthy asset is that job. A named list with send history is this one.
Guest post services own the article written for another site. This page owns the pitch that asks whether that draft is even welcome. We will not write the contributed piece from an outreach ticket. We will not treat a sent email as a published guest post.
No. A bought list with no reply history is not a prospect file. We build or clean a list you can show: site, person, why they might care, last send, last reply. If the file is a dump nobody answered, we say so and we do not mail it again as if it were research.
No. Honest outreach can earn mentions later. This work does not buy a place in Google AI Overviews, a chat mention, or a model score. If pitches invent a story you do not publish, stop that here. Measuring invented answers sits on an AI search audit and on LLM SEO.
Pitches you can show
Send the current prospect file, the last thirty days of sends if you have them, and the URL you were pitching. We will say if the list is usable, if the pitch invents a story, or if the work belongs in link building, digital PR, or a guest draft instead. Then we name the next list pass or the stop.
List, pitch, reply, record. Not a bought dump.
