The last PDF had a monthly number
Links, posts, and PR sat together. Nobody checked the destination URL. We unbundle. One job. One door. A written no.
Off-page SEO
Off-page SEO at SEOConsultants.ai is how we pick work that happens on other sites. We check the destination URL, choose one door, write what is refused, and hand the job to digital PR, link building, guest posts, or outreach. This is not a link quota, not a newsroom, and not a pitch factory. We do not sell rankings, bought links, or a date Google does not owe you.
Position
Authority often arrives as a pile. One PDF sells links, guest posts, journalist pitches, and a mention tracker as the same buy. Those are not the same buy. Off-page SEO exists to unbundle them. We look at the page you want mentioned. We ask if it is fetchable and honest. Then we open one door and write the nos: not this month, not this kind of host, not a quota.
Link building is money URLs, a quality bar, prospecting, and a log of live placements. We can send you there. We will not become a second link shop under a broader name.
Open link buildingDigital PR is a true asset, a beat, a pitch, and coverage logged. Links, if they happen, are extra. We will not run journalist outreach from this mix.
Open digital PRGuest post services own that draft. This page may say a contributed piece is the gap this period. It does not write the article.
Open guest post servicesBlogger outreach owns the list, the follow-up, and the CRM. If this mix tries to run the inbox, the split has already failed.
Open blogger outreachThe newsroom, the editorial link program, the contributed article, and the outreach inbox keep their own pages. Local citations and local editorial links do too. This page does not reprint those methods. It decides which one is the next honest spend.
We will not sell fifty links as a starter kit. We will not pitch a thin pricing page into a newsroom. We will not treat Wikipedia as a campaign. We will not promise a mention in Google AI Overviews. If you already know the door, skip this page and open it.
When to buy
Buy this when three offers landed as one pile and nobody can say which off-site job is actually missing. If you already needed links, coverage, a guest article, or a pitch log, start on those pages instead.
Links, posts, and PR sat together. Nobody checked the destination URL. We unbundle. One job. One door. A written no.
The money URL is blocked, empty, or still fighting its own title. Search intent is not true there yet. Off-site work waits. Technical SEO or on-page SEO goes first.
PR wants a story. Links want a href. Outreach wants a guest slot. The brand looks hungry. We pick one job this period and pause the rest. The pause is the work.
A tracker was billed as LLM visibility. Mentions can support trust later. They do not buy AIO. We send the citation question to the AI pages and keep off-site work honest.
Process
Four steps. Each one leaves a note you can use. We do not start a link quota in Watch. The point is one off-site job, held.
We look at the URL other sites would mention. Can a crawler fetch it? Does the live page match search intent? Is keyword targeting on that page one job, or a stuffed title? Broken fetch goes to technical SEO. A lying tab and opening go to on-page SEO. We will not pitch a URL we would not show a journalist.
Outcome A named destination, or a stop until the page is honest.
We pick one job for this period. A story a journalist can use is digital PR. A relevant editorial link is link building. A contributed article is guest posts. A pitch sequence is outreach. Local NAP and local editorial hyperlinks have their own pages. Topical relevance of the host is a bar, not a prospecting project we run here. We write what is out: networks, costume directories, quotas, Wikipedia campaigns.
Outcome One door, plus a short list of nos.
We send the destination, the job, and the nos to the matching page. The handoff is a note, not a second campaign. If they wanted us to stay and run the inbox, that is outreach or PR. If owners still collide, consulting can sit in the decision. If authority was never a bet this period, strategy should say so. We do not reprint those pages.
Outcome A note someone can open without us.
After a month we check whether the mix held. Did a second team restart the bundle? Did a toxic placement appear? Did unlinked mentions show up that belong inside the chosen door? Watch is not a ranking report. It is a check that the no is still in force.
Outcome A dated note that the mix held, or that it leaked.
Deliverables
You leave with a go-or-stop on the destination, one off-site job, a refusal list, a handoff, and a watch note. You do not leave with a pack of links, a press hit, or a ranking date.
Whether the URL other sites would cite is fetchable and honest. If it is not, the deliverable is a stop, not a pitch calendar.
Coverage, editorial link, guest article, or pitch ops. Named. Dated. Not a pile.
Networks, quotas, Wikipedia campaigns, and host types you will not ask. A no is a deliverable. Silence is not.
The door, the destination, and what the receiving team must not restart. Short on purpose.
Whether the mix held. Unlinked mentions and bad placements go back to the door that owns them. We only cite traffic when Search Console can show it.
Benefits
The same editor is not hit with a link request, a guest draft, and a PR pitch in the same week.
Off-site effort waits until the destination can tell its own job.
The nos are written. A new PDF cannot quietly undo them.
Links, coverage, guest articles, and outreach keep their own pages. We will not sell a reprint to make a proposal look full.
Methodology
This only works if someone can stop a vendor and someone can change the destination URL. If both are missing, we are talking over a backlink export, not choosing a door.
We start with the page other people would mention, the off-site job that is actually missing, and the person who can pause a bundle. If any of those is missing, we name it first. We do not spend the week touring every other SEO specialty.
We test the destination, not the vendor's volume slide. Does that page match search intent? Is topical relevance a reason to prefer a kind of host, or a reason to start prospecting here? Prospecting stays on link building or outreach. Keyword density in a pitch is not a method. If the page is still an empty shell, the mix waits.
The roles below are the default. You may rename them. You may not leave the job implied. Implied jobs are how three teams ask the same editor for three favors.
On the mix
The first session is the URL you want mentioned, and the last off-site offer you were sold. It is not a tour of directories.
We ask which page other sites should mention. A product URL, a study, a comparison, or a local service page are all valid. Get us more authority is not, until the job is named. If that page is still a draft, writing comes first. If two live URLs share the job, inventory comes first.
We then read the last offer. Links, coverage, guest posts, outreach, citations, Wikipedia. We mark which jobs were mixed. Entity optimization here is only a check: do the mentions you already have use the name the destination uses? We do not start a Knowledge Graph project in this meeting.
We leave with a route or a stop. A route names the door, the destination, and the first thing that door owes. A stop names what is missing: a ready URL, someone who can pause a vendor, or a period plan that never included authority. Both are outcomes. A directory list is not.
AI search and LLMs
Off-site mentions can support trust. This page cannot sell AI Overviews, generative inclusion, or LLM visibility as a score.
People ask whether more links will land the brand in Google AI Overviews (AIO) or in a chatbot answer. If the destination URL is weak, generative search has nothing honest to lift from you, and a mention of a thin page does not fix that. If the site already tells the truth and models still get the brand wrong, that is an AI search audit. A program across search UIs is AI SEO.
AI search needs a page it can fetch and quote. We will not route off-site spend while that page is empty. We do not sell Overview presence.
We check whether existing mentions use the organization or product name your page uses. That is entity optimization as a mix input, not an entity SEO treatise.
LLM visibility needs a sentence a model can quote, then measurement on LLM SEO. A mention can make a source look real. It does not sample answers or sell a citation. Semantic keywords in a pitch email are not that work.
Schema
JSON-LD is not off-page work. This mix can stop a spend that was sold instead of fixing the destination. It does not ship schema.
If title and opening disagree, other sites are being asked to mention a lie. On-page SEO fixes the document. Valid types still ship with technical SEO.
We will not tell a publisher how to mark up their article as a condition of this mix. Guest post services own the contributed piece.
A mention will not force generative search to cite you. Extra JSON-LD on your homepage will not either. Eligibility is not a purchased mention.
Teams
Someone has to pause a pile. We work with that person. We do not replace them with a second outreach account.
Names the destination and the hosts that are off-limits. Defends one job when a vendor wants volume. They are not asked to become editors.
Keeps the newsroom job on digital PR once that door is chosen. If they are being asked to hit a link quota, two jobs collide. We will say that in the mix.
Can keep going once the job is honest. If they were hired to run links, PR, guest posts, and outreach under one heading, the mix exists to split that. Local directory rows still belong on citation work, not here.
Questions
No. A numbered package is not a mix, and it is not link building as we run it. Link building owns relevant editorial placements with a quality bar and a log. This page decides whether an editorial-link program is even the next buy, or whether coverage, a guest article, or outreach is the real gap. If you wanted a quota, we will refuse it.
No. Other sites should mention a URL a crawler can fetch and a stranger can understand. Search intent has to be true on that page first. Keyword targeting lives in that document, not in a stuffed anchor. If Google cannot read the HTML, start on technical SEO. If the tab and the first screen still disagree, start on on-page SEO.
Only if the firm, a link vendor, and an outreach shop are all asking the same hosts in the same month, or nobody can say which job is actually missing. Digital PR still owns the story and the beat. This page names whether that is the door, or whether PR is being asked to hit a link number it should not own.
Guest post services own the article that lives on someone else's site. Blogger outreach owns the pitch list and the follow-up. Off-page SEO may say this period needs one of those. It does not write the draft or run the inbox.
No. A mention can help a source look real. It does not buy a place in Google AI Overviews (AIO), a generative-search citation, or an LLM visibility score. If models already get the brand wrong while your own page names it clearly, that work sits on an AI search audit and on LLM SEO.
The off-site door
Send the URL you want other sites to mention, and the last offer you got: links, coverage, guest posts, or all of them in one PDF. We will say whether this mix fits, or whether one door should open now.
Ready, route, hand, watch. Not a link quota.
