Claude names Helios Legal instead of Helios Labs
Acronym collision or a namesake in another industry. We capture the sentence. We do not run a Knowledge Panel ticket from here.
Claude Visibility
Claude is the assistant. We run a prompt set. We note the context in the session. We capture how Claude names you. We record the date. We do not sell a Claude rank. We do not treat this as Perplexity’s citation cards. We do not treat this as ChatGPT browsing.
Position
A buyer asks Claude who you are. The answer may merge Helios Labs with Helios Legal. It may use a former DBA. It may skip you. This page owns that Claude session. It does not own ChatGPT fetch logs. It does not own Perplexity citation cards. It does not own Google AI modules or Mode. It does not become Entity SEO on the site.
ChatGPT visibility owns that family, including whether a session fetched a URL. Claude context is not a ChatGPT fetch note.
Open ChatGPT visibilityPerplexity prints a source list. Claude usually does not. If you need the strip, leave. This page is Claude’s name for you.
Open Perplexity visibilityAI entity optimization works named-thing confusion as an LLM child. This page only logs Claude’s wording on dated prompts.
Open AI entity optimizationEntity SEO specifies official name, identifiers, and markup you will maintain. A Claude merge log is not that spec. Both URLs stay live.
Open Entity SEOWork starts with the prompt. Then we label context: empty chat, pasted About text, or a project space. Then we capture the description. Then we record. LLM SEO stays the parent. AI entity optimization can be a handoff when the confusion is the named thing across models. On-site Entity SEO remains the identity spec on your pages.
We will not sell a Claude rank. We will not promise Google AI Overviews (AIO). We will not paste Perplexity URLs into this log as if Claude showed cards. If the job is the live Organization markup, use Entity SEO. This room is how Claude talks.
Claude often answers from session context you can see: empty chat, a paste, a project. That is why context is a named step. ChatGPT fetch is a different mechanism. Perplexity cards are a different UI. Keep the object as the company name Claude used.
A merge is a string, not a feeling. We write the other firm Claude named. We write whether empty chat merged and a paste unmerged. Buyers do not arrive with your About page already in the box. Internal projects that already contain your docs are labeled so leadership does not treat them as the public path.
When this fits
This page fits when buyers or staff already use Claude, and the company name in the answer is merged, stale, or missing. If you needed ChatGPT fetch, Perplexity cites, or on-site identity, start there.
Acronym collision or a namesake in another industry. We capture the sentence. We do not run a Knowledge Panel ticket from here.
That is why context is a step. We label both runs. We do not pretend one paste is how all users arrive.
We log that context. We do not become your Claude admin team as the whole product.
We will refuse that product. A dated name log is the artifact. Google AI work stays on those children.
Process
Claude work in this order. We do not start a Perplexity cite scrape in the last step. The point is a dated record of the name Claude used, not a rank.
We lock prompts buyers already paste into Claude: who we are, category, and namesake compare. Search intent is that paste, not a Google query, not ChatGPT SearchGPT. We do not add Overview queries.
Outcome A named prompt set for Claude only.
We label empty chat, pasted site text, project files, or custom instructions. Topical relevance of pasted text is recorded. A secret PDF that no buyer has is labeled as non-buyer context.
Outcome A context label per run.
We capture the company string Claude used, plus officers and products if present. Semantic keywords in that prose are evidence of the description. Merges are marked. Keyword density is not a Claude score.
Outcome A description capture, including merges and omissions.
We date the run, the Claude product label, and the witness. LLM visibility as a sold score stays off this page. Coverage of the prompt set is the watch. No Claude rank.
Outcome A dated Claude log the team can reopen.
Deliverables
You leave with a prompt set, context labels, a name capture, and a dated log. You do not leave with a Claude rank, Perplexity cards, or an Entity SEO spec as this page’s whole delivery. You do not leave with a ChatGPT fetch note mixed into the name log.
The Claude questions we ran. Dated. Last quarter’s chat export is not this set.
Empty versus pasted versus project. Buyer-like versus internal-only.
The company string Claude used. Merges named. Former DBAs named.
Firms Claude mixed in.
When we ran it. If the next job is on-site identity, that note is a handoff to Entity SEO.
Benefits
Legal can see the namesake Claude used. The line is dated.
Pasted About text stops being treated as how strangers arrive.
Those UIs cannot hide inside Claude rows.
Someone can rerun the same prompts. Nobody pretends a rank was purchased. Nobody files this as Perplexity cite cards. Nobody files this as ChatGPT fetch.
Methodology
This works when legal can confirm the name and someone can sit in Claude. If both are missing, we are collecting chats.
We start with the prompt set, the official name, and known namesakes. If any of those is missing, we name it first.
We run Claude. We do not trust a vendor screenshot with no prompt text. Does this answer name your company or the other firm?
You may rename the roles below. You may not leave the namesake implied. An implied competitor is how two teams argue about two different merges.
First working session
The first hour is one Claude answer that names the wrong firm. It is not a tour of ChatGPT or Perplexity.
We paste the who-are-we prompt in an empty Claude chat. We capture the name. If the merge is the job, we stay. If the real question is ChatGPT fetch, that is ChatGPT visibility. If the real question is Perplexity cards, leave. If the real question is Organization markup, that is Entity SEO. If confusion spans many models, AI entity optimization may be next.
Then we rerun with labeled context. We compare empty versus pasted. The extra merge is usually the job. A Google AI screenshot is not evidence. A Perplexity card is not evidence of Claude’s name.
We leave with a first name log or a stop. A log names the prompt, the context, and the string Claude used. A stop names what is missing: a legal name, a namesake, or a surface that is not Claude. Both are outcomes. A ChatGPT workshop is not. A Perplexity cite workshop is not. Google AI module work is not.
AI search
Clear names can help later extraction. This page cannot sell AI Overviews, a Claude rank, or LLM visibility as a score.
People ask whether cleaner Claude wording will land them in Google AI Overviews (AIO). It will not. Claude naming stays here. If official pages already tell the truth and Claude still merges, that measurement stays here. A program across search UIs is AI SEO. Google AI children stay Google.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI are other URLs. We do not sell Overview presence.
We check merges against the official name. That is a Claude test. Full identity spec stays on Entity SEO.
AI entity optimization can sit next door. This page samples Claude. Mixing them hides the merge.
Schema
Organization JSON-LD supports on-site identity. This engagement logs Claude answers. It is not a schema campaign as the whole job. Depth stays on Entity SEO.
If schema and Claude disagree, we still log Claude. We name the site mismatch as a handoff.
We refuse stuffing profile URLs only to feed this assistant. Real profiles still belong on Entity SEO.
Markup will not force Claude to drop the namesake. Eligibility is not a purchased rank.
Who we work with
Someone has to witness the session and sign the name. We work with that person. We do not replace them with a second Claude retainer. We do not replace them with a Perplexity operator.
Confirms official name and namesakes. Holds the line when marketing wants a slogan Claude should never treat as the company.
Keeps context labeled. Rechecks after an About change.
Keeps Entity SEO as the spec. If they try to run this as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI, two jobs collide.
Questions
It measures how Claude describes your company on a prompt set you named. We note what context was in the session, then we capture the name Claude used. It is not Perplexity’s citation cards. It is not ChatGPT browsing. It is not a Claude rank.
Similar legal names, shared acronyms, and mixed About copy train a merge. We log the merge in Claude’s sentence. Entity SEO on the site still lives on its own URL. This page does not become on-site Entity SEO.
No. Those children own those UIs. A Claude answer with no citation strip is still this job. A Perplexity card is not. A ChatGPT fetch note is not.
No. Google AI Search and Google AI Mode are other URLs. Claude is Anthropic’s assistant. We will not file Overview screenshots in this log.
No guarantee. We can document the merge, the prompt, and the context window you used. We cannot sell a Claude rank or a forced unmerge date. Google AI Overviews (AIO) placement is also not this page.
The company string Claude wrote
List the official name, the namesake Claude already uses, and three prompts buyers paste into Claude. We will say if Claude naming work fits, or whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Entity SEO should go first.
Ask, window, name, record. Not a Claude rank.
